Plastic board production equipment is a new type of production equipment,which has good performance and has been widely used in the industry.In the process of operation,we will burn the equipment due to some improper operations,which is a serious problem. Scorch of plastic board production equipment:

Ⅰ.Scorch phenomenon

1. Higher temperature or failure of the temperature control instrument will cause the plastic to scorch at high temperatures.

2. The glue outlet of the machine head is full of smoke, a strong pungent smell, and a crackling sound.

3. Granular scorched substances appear on the surface of the product.

4. There are continuous pores at the glue joint.

Ⅱ.Reasons for burning of plastic board production equipment

1. The screw is not cleaned after long-term use, and the scorched deposits are extruded with the product.

2.The heating treatment time is too long,and the accumulated material is heated for a long time,which will make the structure of the product aged and deteriorated and scorched.

3. The shutdown time is too long, and the machine head and screw are not cleaned, which will cause the product to decompose and scorch.

4. Repeated mold change or color change will cause the work to decompose and scorch.

5The head wire body is not compressed, and the interior of the product is aging and decomposed.

6. The instrument system for controlling the ambient temperature failed, resulting in a scorch after higher temperatures.

Anti-scorch method for plastic sheet production equipment:

1. Regularly check whether the heating system is clean.

2. Heat up according to the process requirements, and the heating time should not be too long. If there is a problem in the heating system, it should be solved by the relevant staff in time.

3. When changing the mold or changing the color, it should be cleaned in time to prevent mottling or burning of the stored glue.

4. After adjusting the mold, press the mold sleeve tightly to prevent glue from entering.

5. Clean the machine head and screw.
