1. Polyethylene gas pipes produced by plastic extruders need to be used in special environments, so we sometimes add some antistatic agents and ultraviolet absorbents, which can effectively improve the service life of pipes in special environments.
2. In order to improve the product performance and reduce the production cost of PE pipe, no more than 6% light calcium carbonate or no more than 15%carbon black should be added into the resin, which can be beneficial to improve the antistatic and weather resistance of the pipe. Calcium carbonate needs to select a fineness of 3μm, about 400 purposes of material.
3. The forming mold structure installed on the extruder can directly choose the molding mold of the HDPE water pipe.
4. In order to improve the strength of HDPE gas pipe in the production process, the extruder needs to use a rapid cooling method after extrusion molding, which can make the crystallinity small and the surface of the product luster.
